At this time Builder's Appraisal Service serves a fifteen county area in Central California (Yolo, Yuba, Sacramento, Solano, Contra Costa, El Dorado, Placer,  Stanislaus, San Joaquin,  Merced, Fresno, Tulare, Kings and Kern).  Our committed staff have compiled our own data source that allows us a very rapid turn around time for appraisals of new homes.  At this time we can guarantee a 2 to 5 day turn around for any new tract built home in the above counties.
