GENERAL PAYMENT POLICY
 
OUR TERMS ARE NET 30 WITH A 60 DAY GRACE PERIOD. ACCEPTANCE / RECEIPT OF ANY APPRAISAL IS AN AGREEMENT TO THE FEES LISTED ON THE INVOICE THAT IS INCLUDED WITH EACH APPRAISAL REPORT. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 90 DAYS THE FOLLOWING MAY OCCUR:
 
  FEE RAISED TO STANDARD RATE OF: $400 PER STANDARD APPRAISAL
  $600 FOR INCOME UNIT
  $200 FOR DESK REVIEW
  $300 FOR FIELD REVIEW
 
IN ADDITION A LATE CHARGE OF $25 A MONTH MAY ALSO BE APPLIED.
 
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PERSON(S) THAT ORDERED THE APPRAISAL, THE COMPANY THEY REPRESENT, AND OR THE BROKER OF RECORD; TO SEE THAT BUILDERS APPRAISAL SERVICE'S FEES ARE PAID IN FULL REGARDLESS OF ESCROW CLOSING. IF PAYING THROUGH ESCROW, PLEASE FORWARD TO ESCROW DEPARTMENT
